Marc y Alex Márquez realizaron un casco con diseño especial para la primera prueba del Mundial de MotoGP 2020 el cual subastaron junto con más artículos. Todos los fondos recaudados se destinaron al programa Cruz Roja Responde.

Marc junto con su hermano Alex hizo una donación al Hospital Universitario Arnau de Vilanova de Lleida de equipos para el control de pacientes semicríticos afectados por Covid-19 consistentes en aparatos de radiología digital portátil y analizadores de gases.

Marc Márquez colaboró con un sorteo solidario organizado por la Real Federación Motociclista Española haciendo una donación de un mono de competición usado donde los fondos recaudados se destinaron al programa Cruz Roja Responde.
