AM73 RACING SUIT GIVEAWAY

1. ORGANISING ENTITY

The Spanish entity BAMBOLEO STUDIO S.L.U. ("BAMBOLEO"), with Tax Identification Number (N.I.F.) B-44565257 and with its registered office at Calle de Ayala 27, 3rd floor left (28001, Madrid, Spain), registered at the Commercial Registry of Madrid in volume 44,624, folio 190, page M-785,973, is organising the following free and voluntary promotional prize draw among all members of the "BLUE SQUAD 73" community (the "Community"), entitled "AM73 RACING SUIT GIVEAWAY" (the "Giveaway"), which shall be governed by the following official rules (the "Rules").

BAMBOLEO declares that the Giveaway is conducted as a random draw for advertising or promotional purposes, with free and voluntary participation, in accordance with Act 13/2011 of 27 May on the Regulation of Gambling, and all other applicable regulations.

2. TIME FRAME

Participants may enter the Giveaway during the period commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Spanish mainland time) on 20 October 2026 and ending at 10:00 a.m. (Spanish mainland time) on 13 November 2026 (the "Entry Period").

Once the Entry Period has ended, no further entries shall be accepted.

Following the expiry of the Entry Period, a random draw shall be held on 14 November 2026, in accordance with the provisions of clause 6 of these Rules, to select the winner and the potential alternates of the Giveaway.

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE

The Giveaway is open worldwide, subject to any legal, administrative, tax, customs, regulatory or export restrictions that may apply in the Participant´s country of residence or in any country to which the Prize (as such term is defined below) is to be imported, transported, used or enjoyed.

4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Any natural person of full legal age may enter the Giveaway, free of charge and voluntarily, provided that, throughout the entirety of the Entry Period and, where applicable, until the effective delivery of those components of the Prize that so require, such person cumulatively meets the following requirements:

1. Being an active and valid member of the Community as at the date of entry into the Giveaway, in accordance with the applicable membership terms, which require the payment of a single annual membership fee of fifty euros (€50). Such fee remunerates exclusively the membership of the Community and, on a global and indivisible basis, the set of benefits and services associated with such membership, including, by way of illustration, the possibility of entering promotional prize draws periodically organised by BAMBOLEO, among them this Giveaway. Once membership of the Community has been acquired, entry into and participation in the Giveaway are free of charge and voluntary, with no additional cost whatsoever being required from the Participant over and above the membership fee, and the right of participation being the same regardless of when during the year they joined the Community, provided that they joined before the end of the Entry Period.
2. Being at least eighteen (18) years old on the date of entry into the Giveaway.
3. Having an Instagram account with a public profile (not private) throughout the Entry Period and, where applicable, until BAMBOLEO has verified compliance with the requirements set out in these Rules. This requirement is necessary to enable BAMBOLEO to verify compliance with the entry requirements relating to the Instagram platform using the tracking tools made available for that purpose. BAMBOLEO shall not access or process any information from the Participant's profile other than the information strictly necessary to verify compliance with the requirements set out in these Rules.
4. Taking a photograph in which the Participant is wearing the T-shirt included in the Community Welcome Pack and sharing it to their personal Instagram account in Story format (the "Post"), tagging in such Post the official Instagram accounts of Alex Márquez Alentà (@alexmarquez73) (the "Rider") and of the Community (@bluesquad73).
5. Complying with any other requirements set out in these Rules and, where applicable, in the applicable regulations.

Hereinafter, participants in the Giveaway shall be referred to collectively as the "Participants" and individually as a "Participant".

Each member of the Community who meets the requirements set out in these Rules shall be entitled to one (1) entry in the Giveaway, which shall be validly acquired upon fulfilment of the entry requirements.

The following persons shall not be eligible to enter the Giveaway:

1. Employees, directors or officers of BAMBOLEO and/or its parent companies, affiliates or subsidiaries.
2. Agents, collaborators and any other person who may act on behalf and in the name of BAMBOLEO and/or its parent companies, affiliates or subsidiaries.
3. Spouses and relatives of the persons referred to in the foregoing paragraphs, whether ascendants or descendants, up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity or affinity.

In any event, each Participant's entry into the Giveaway is subject to the applicable regulations in force in each Participant's country of residence. In the event that the legislation of the Participant's country of residence imposes restrictions on participation in this type of prize draw, such Participant shall be solely responsible for verifying the legality thereof and for the consequences of their participation.

BAMBOLEO reserves the right to disqualify from the Giveaway any Participant who fails to meet the requirements set out in the foregoing paragraphs or who attempt to participate in contravention of the provisions of these Rules. Likewise, it reserves the right to disqualify or refuse entry to any natural person who is found or suspected to be participating fraudulently or in breach of the good faith of the Giveaway. In this regard, and among other things, BAMBOLEO may disqualify at any time any Participant if they are found using bots or if there are reasonable grounds to doubt the authenticity of their participation.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated entities (collectively, "Meta"). The use of the Instagram platform as a channel for verifying entry requirements constitutes an organisational decision of BAMBOLEO and does not imply any relationship with Meta. Participants acknowledge that any information provided is submitted to BAMBOLEO and not to Meta. Meta is fully released from any liability in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, any incident arising from the operation, availability, modification or interruption of the Instagram platform or its features.

5. FREE- ENTRY

Participation in the Giveaway is free of charge. Membership of the Community does not automatically entitle a member to enter the Giveaway; valid fulfilment of the entry requirements set out in these Rules within the Entry Period is required.

The annual membership fee of fifty euros (€50) covers membership of the Community and, on a global and indivisible basis, the set of benefits and services associated with such membership, in the terms described in clause 4(i) and in the Community membership terms. Once membership has been acquired, participation in the Giveaway is free of charge and voluntary and does not require any additional payment by the Participant, the Giveaway maintaining at all times the nature of a random draw for advertising or promotional purposes as contemplated in the First Additional Provision of Act 13/2011 of 27 May on the Regulation of Gambling.

6. PRIZE DRAW MECHANICS

From among all valid entries corresponding to Participants who have entered the Giveaway during the Entry Period and who meet the requirements set out in these Rules, BAMBOLEO shall conduct a random draw using a tool, platform or procedure that ensures, in reasonable terms, the neutrality, randomness, traceability and integrity of the process. Each Participant shall have one (1) entry.

BAMBOLEO reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Post and to invalidate entries where there are indications of falsification, manipulation or non-compliance with the steps described, without the need of further justification.

The aforementioned random draw shall result in:

1. One (1) winner of the Giveaway (the "Winner").
2. Five (5) alternates (the "Alternates"), who shall be selected in the order in which they are drawn. The Alternates may be called upon, in the order in which they are drawn, in the event of renunciation, inability to make contact, failure to accept, non-compliance with requirements, failure to provide documentary evidence, refusal to sign documentation, legal or material impossibility of delivery, or forfeiture of the right to the Prize by the Winner.

7. NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER

The announcement of the Giveaway, its promotion and any eventual public disclosure of the Winner's identity shall take place through the official Instagram account of the Community. The Winner shall be announced on 14 November 2026 through such account.

In addition, BAMBOLEO shall contact the Winner by Instagram direct message in order to obtain the data necessary to manage and arrange the delivery of the Prize.

The Winner must respond to the Instagram direct message within a maximum period of forty-eight (48) hours from its dispatch, expressly confirming acceptance of the Prize and providing the requested data and, where applicable, any requested documentation.

If the Winner fails to respond within such period, declines the Prize, provides incorrect or incomplete data, fails to submit the required documentation, fails to adequately evidence compliance with the requirements, or breaches any obligation set out in these Rules, they shall automatically forfeit their right to the Prize, which may then be offered to the first Alternate, and so on successively. In the event that, having exhausted all Alternates, it has not been possible to award the Prize, the Prize shall be remain unawarded, and shall be communicated through the official channels of the Community.

BAMBOLEO shall not be liable for the inability to contact the Winner where this is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, among others, the inability to receive direct messages through Instagram, issues or restrictions affecting such platform or the Winner´s failure to check their messages. It is the responsibility of the Participants to keep their Instagram profiles operational and to check direct messages received from the start of the Entry Period until the effective delivery of the Prize.

8. PRIZE

The Prize shall consist of the following items:

1. One (1) "Alpinestars" leather riding suit, customised with the logos of the Rider and of the Community (the "Suit").
2. One (1) maintenance and cleaning kit for the Suit, supplied by the Alpinestars brand (the "Maintenance and Cleaning Pack").
3. One (1) double paddock pass for the Winner and one (1) companion to attend the Motul Grand Prix of the Valencian Community of the 2026 season of the World Motorcycle Championship, to be held at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo (Valencia) from 27 to 29 November 2026 (the "Paddock Passes" and the "Valencia GP", respectively).

Hereinafter, the Suit, the Maintenance and Cleaning Pack and the Paddock Passes shall be collectively referred to as the "Prize".

The Prize shall have an estimated total value, inclusive of indirect taxes, of two thousand two hundred and eighty euros (€2,280), broken down as follows:

1. The Suit: two thousand euros (€2,000).
2. The Maintenance and Cleaning Pack: one hundred euros (€100).
3. The Paddock Passes: one hundred and eighty euros (€180).

Under no circumstances shall the Prize be subject to exchange, alteration or cash compensation at the request of the Winner.

BAMBOLEO may make reasonable adjustments to the components of the Prize for reasons relating to availability, sizing, safety, type-approval, supplier, stock or technical criteria, provided that such adjustments do not substantially reduce the overall value of the Prize.

The Prize is personal and non-transferable, and accordingly may not be sold, auctioned, exchanged or transferred to third parties. In the event that any attempt at assignment or transfer is detected, BAMBOLEO may declare the selection of the Winner null and void and reassign the Prize to another Alternate.

9. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

Delivery of the Prize shall be carried out in two (2) separate phases:

1. The Winner shall provide BAMBOLEO, by Instagram direct message, with the data necessary to arrange and process the Paddock Passes, without the need to complete any additional form. Delivery of the Paddock Passes is expected to take place on the Tuesday or Wednesday of the week of the Valencia GP (i.e. 24 and 25 November 2026), by dispatch to the email address provided by the Winner for that purpose.
2. Delivery of the Suit and of the Maintenance and Cleaning Pack to the Winner shall take place in connection with the Valencia GP, with such delivery expected on Thursday, 26 November 2026. Delivery shall be made in person by the Rider, provided that this is compatible with the Rider's professional schedule and availability.

   The specific date, time and location of delivery, as well as any conditions applicable thereto, shall be determined by BAMBOLEO having regard, among other circumstances, to the availability of the Rider and the Circuit, weather and safety conditions, technical or operational requirements, and third-party permits, authorisations or restrictions, and shall be communicated to the Winner at least ten (10) days in advance.

   If, for reasons of scheduling, professional commitments, health, force majeure, safety, sporting, regulatory or contractual restrictions, the Rider is unable to make the delivery personally, it shall be made by another person designated for that purpose by BAMBOLEO, without this giving rise to any right of the Winner to indemnification, compensation, replacement or delivery of an additional prize.

10. COSTS TO BE BORNE BY THE WINNER

Any additional service, cost or item not expressly specified in these Rules is expressly excluded from the Prize. Accordingly, the Winner shall bear exclusively, with no right to claim, substitution or compensation of any kind against BAMBOLEO, all costs necessary or convenient in order to attend the Valencia GP and to travel to the location designated for delivery of the Suit and of the Maintenance and Cleaning Pack, as well as any costs associated with the receipt and enjoyment of the Prize or any of its components, including, but not limited to:

1. Any costs relating to the Winner's attendance at the Valencia GP, including, for illustrative and not limiting purposes, travel, accommodation, meals, visas or entry permits, personal documentation, personal or travel insurance and administrative permits.
2. Costs arising from the export or transportation of the Suit outside Spain, should the Winner wish to take it to another country.
3. Customs duties, taxes and charges payable in the country of destination.
4. Cleaning, maintenance, upkeep costs and any other cost arising from the use or enjoyment of the Suit.
5. Any indirect, contingent or unforeseen costs related to the Prize, as well as those arising from the Winner´s inability to use the Prize for reasons attributable to the Winner.

11. VERIFICATION OF REQUIREMENTS

BAMBOLEO may verify, at any time during the Entry Period and until the effective delivery of the Prize, whether the Participants and, where applicable, the Winner comply with all the requirements set out in these Rules.

For such purposes, BAMBOLEO may, among other things, verify:

1. The status of active and valid member of the Community.
2. The public setting of the Participant's Instagram profile.
3. The authenticity and accuracy of the Post published to fulfillt the entry requirements.
4. The identity, legal age and other personal data provided by the Participant.

BAMBOLEO may request from the Participant or the Winner any documentation or additional information reasonably necessary to evidence compliance with the requirements. Failure to provide the requested documentation or information within the specified period, the provision of incorrect, incomplete or unverifiable data, or non-compliance with any requirement shall automatically result in the loss of the right to participate in the Giveaway and, where applicable, the right to the Prize, without any entitlement to indemnification or compensation.

12. TAXATION OF THE PRIZE

All taxes, duties, levies, customs charges, tax-related costs or administrative expenses directly or indirectly related to the Prize, as well as any additional costs arising from delay, non-compliance or negligence on the part of the Winner, shall be borne exclusively by the Winner, except for those which, pursuant to applicable legislation, must imperatively be borne by BAMBOLEO.

For all relevant purposes, the Prize shall be treated as a taxable gain subject to Personal Income Tax (Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas, IRPF) or such other tax as may be applicable by reference to the Winner's tax residence, arising from participation in a random draw for promotional purposes.

In accordance with Spanish tax legislation, prizes derived from sweepstakes, competitions, raffles or random draws may be subject to withholding tax or a payment on account. Act 35/2006 of 28 November on Personal Income Tax and the partial amendment of the Corporate Income Tax Act, the Non-Resident Income Tax Act and the Wealth Tax Act currently provides for a general withholding or payment on account rate of 19% for prizes derived from games, competitions, raffles or random draws, whether or not linked to the promotion of goods or services. Pursuant to Article 105 of Royal Decree 439/2007 of 30 March, approving the Personal Income Tax Regulations, the payment on account corresponding to the Prize in kind shall be made by BAMBOLEO, which shall calculate the payment on account on the basis of the valuation set out in clause 8, in accordance with the criteria established in the applicable regulations, and, upon express request, shall issue to the Winner the corresponding tax certificate in the relevant tax year, so that the Winner may fulfil their tax obligations.

The Winner, upon express request, shall be informed of the exact amount withheld and shall be responsible for declaring the full value of the Prize in their Personal Income Tax return or equivalent tax return, integrating, as the case may be, the payment on account made in accordance with applicable regulations, and complying with any additional tax obligations that may arise both in Spain and in their country of tax residence.

Prior to the delivery of the Prize, the Winner must provide all personal and tax data requested, by presenting their identity document, passport or residence card and communicating their identification details and tax identification number, as well as, where applicable, providing a tax residence certificate where required under the applicable tax legislation, and must sign all documents necessary to formalise the delivery of the Prize and compliance with the associated tax obligations. BAMBOLEO shall not retain a copy of the identity document unless strictly necessary to compliance with mandatory legal obligations.

Failure to provide the requested data or documentation, the provision of incorrect, incomplete or unverifiable data, or refusal to sign the required documentation shall result in the automatic and irrevocable forfeiture of the right to the Prize, without any right to compensation.

Furthermore, the Winner must sign the document evidencing receipt of the Prize, as well as the notice sent by BAMBOLEO setting out the value of the Prize, together with any other documents required by tax legislation or by the competent Authority. Refusal to sign such documents or to comply with the associated obligations shall likewise result in the automatic forfeiture of the right to the Prize.

BAMBOLEO shall send to the Winner, following acceptance of the Prize, the corresponding tax documentation, which must be completed and returned duly signed within a maximum period of ten (10) days. Failure to comply with this obligation within the specified period shall result in the automatic forfeiture of the right to the Prize.

In the event that the documentation cannot be delivered for reasons not attributable to the Winner or to BAMBOLEO, they may make a further dispatch, granting a reasonable additional period. Upon expiry of such period without the documentation having been duly completed and returned, the Winner shall forfeit their right to the Prize.

In the event that, for whatever reason, the signed tax documentation is received by BAMBOLEO in a tax period other than that of the effective delivery of the Prize, the payment on account shall be made in the tax period in which such documentation is received, the Winner being obliged to declare the Prize in the fiscal year corresponding to such period.

In the event that the Winner is a tax resident in a country other than Spain, the Winner shall be solely responsible for analysing and complying with any tax, reporting, foreign exchange or other obligations that may arise in their jurisdiction of residence or in any other relevant jurisdiction. BAMBOLEO shall not assume any liability for additional tax charges, reporting obligations, penalties, surcharges, interest or any other tax consequences arising from the Winner's personal circumstances.

The Winner expressly acknowledges and accepts that acceptance of the Prize may give rise to significant tax obligations, both in Spain and in other jurisdictions, and expressly waives the right to bring any claim against BAMBOLEO on account of the tax burden associated with the Prize.

All of the foregoing shall be without prejudice to the specific tax regulations applicable in the chartered territories of Navarre and the Basque Country, as well as to the double taxation treaties entered into by Spain that may be applicable.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BAMBOLEO shall not be liable for:

1. Errors, interruptions, technical, IT, telematic or connectivity failures affecting registration.
2. Entries not received, incomplete entries, duplicated entries, erroneous entries or entries received outside the Entry Period.
3. False, incomplete or incorrect data provided by Participants in the Community membership form.
4. Inability to contact the Winner for reasons beyond BAMBOLEO's control.
5. Delays, modifications, suspensions or cancellations in the delivery of the Prize and/or in the holding of the Valencia GP due to safety concerns, weather conditions, scheduling, availability, force majeure, Circuit restrictions or third-party decisions.
6. Inability to import, export, transport or use the Suit by the Winner.
7. Use of the Suit by the Winner following delivery.
8. Legal, tax, administrative, customs or road traffic breaches attributable to the Winner.
9. Failures, interruptions or incidents on the Instagram platform that prevent or hinder the posting of Stories, the verification of account following, the verification of the public setting of the profile or any other aspect linked to the entry requirements.

Once all components of the Prize have been delivered, the essential obligations of BAMBOLEO arising under these Rules shall be deemed to have been fulfilled, without prejudice to any obligations that are mandatory by law.

14. AMENDMENTS AND SUPERVENING CANCELLATION OF THE PRIZE DRAW

BAMBOLEO reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Giveaway, in whole or in part, where there is justified cause, including technical, organisational, legal, regulatory, tax-related, safety or force majeure reasons, availability of the Prize, availability of the Circuit, availability of the Rider or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of BAMBOLEO.

For the purposes of these Rules, the following events shall be deemed force majeure or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of BAMBOLEO, without limitation: natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, health emergencies or public health administrative measures, armed conflicts, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances or public disorder, strikes or labour disputes, cyberattacks, telecommunications, energy, logistics or supply network failures, supervening unavailability of critical suppliers, decisions of public or regulatory authorities, restrictions on mobility or transportation, and any other extraordinary and unforeseeable events or events which, although foreseeable, are unavoidable. The occurrence of any such event shall entitle BAMBOLEO to amend, suspend or cancel the Giveaway or any of its components on the terms of this clause, without this giving rise to any right of the Winner or the Participants to indemnification, compensation or replacement of any kind.

Any material amendment shall be communicated through the official channels of the Community.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Winner expressly authorises BAMBOLEO, without territorial limitation and for a maximum period of five (5) years from the delivery of the Prize (extendable only with the Winner's express additional authorisation), to record, reproduce, publish, communicate and use by any means, in any form and on any medium (written, visual, audiovisual or of any other kind, including by any means that may be developed in the future), their Post, name, surname, image, voice, statements and public profile, for the purpose of communicating, documenting and promoting the Giveaway, the Prize, and the delivery of the Suit and of the Maintenance and Cleaning Pack, and such use may include publication on the websites of BAMBOLEO and of the Community (both internal and external), including web pages, social media, press releases, internal communications, audiovisual materials, photographs, newsletters and other corporate or promotional channels of BAMBOLEO and of the Community.

Such authorisation may be revoked at any time by the Participant by written notice to info@bluesquad73.com, without the revocation affecting the lawfulness of any use made prior thereto.

The Participant acknowledges and accepts that their status as Winner and the enjoyment of the Prize does not confer upon them any intellectual property rights over the content referred to.

The Participant undertakes not to carry out any act that may infringe the intellectual property rights of BAMBOLEO or third parties. Furthermore, the Participant undertakes to notify BAMBOLEO immediately should they become aware of any infringement of intellectual property rights that may occur during the enjoyment of the Prize.

BAMBOLEO reserves the right to take such legal action as may be necessary to protect its intellectual property rights against any infringement or violation thereof.

16. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

BAMBOLEO informs that (i) the data provided by Participants upon entering the Giveaway, as well as (ii) any other data that may be collected or generated in connection with participation in the Giveaway, shall be processed under the responsibility of BAMBOLEO for the purpose of managing the Giveaway, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and Organic Act 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is (i) the performance of the legal relationship arising from participation in the Giveaway, (ii) compliance with legal obligations applicable to BAMBOLEO, and (iii) the legitimate interest of BAMBOLEO in preventing fraud, managing incidents, evidencing the proper conduct of the Giveaway and defending against claims.

Upon participation in this Giveaway, the personal data provided by Participants shall be processed for the purpose of contacting the Winner in order to deliver the corresponding Prize, publicising the Giveaway and the identity of the Winner, and complying with any reporting obligations that the applicable regulations may impose upon BAMBOLEO and/or the Community.

In connection with the entry requirements linked to the Instagram platform, BAMBOLEO shall process the Participant's Instagram username and the verification of the public setting of their profile, as well as the Instagram Post. Such data shall be processed for the sole purpose of verifying compliance with the entry requirements and shall be retained for a maximum period of six (6) months following the conclusion of the Giveaway, unless a legal retention obligation requires a longer period.

The data may be communicated to technology providers, legal or tax advisers, public authorities, tax administrations, Circuit organisers, logistics providers, technical providers, healthcare or safety service providers and other third parties where necessary to manage the Giveaway, deliver the Prize or comply with legal obligations.

BAMBOLEO may communicate the personal data of Participants where so required by applicable legislation, or where such communication is reasonably necessary to protect its legitimate rights and/or comply with the requirements of legal proceedings, a court order, a request from a regulator or any other legal process affecting BAMBOLEO and/or the Community. In the event of a corporate transaction involving the transfer of BAMBOLEO's business, personal data may be communicated to the acquirer, on the terms and with the safeguards provided for in the applicable data protection regulations.

BAMBOLEO shall not take automated decisions based on profiling in relation to the data provided. Data communications to third parties shall be limited to those provided for in these Rules and to those required by legal obligation or the request of a competent authority. Personal data shall be retained for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of the processing.

Personal data shall be retained by BAMBOLEO for the time necessary to manage the Giveaway and, as a maximum, for a period of six (6) months following its conclusion, unless a legal retention obligation requires a longer period.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the image, name and audiovisual materials of the Winner may be retained for a maximum period of five (5) years for the promotional purpose described in clause 15, save for prior revocation by the Winner.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and the right not to be subject to solely automated individual decisions by communicating with info@bluesquad73.com and duly identifying themselves. BAMBOLEO may request the information necessary to verify the identity of the applicant in the terms of Articles 12 GDPR and 11 LOPDGDD, without it being necessary to provide copy of the identity document where identification may be carried out by alternative means. In addition, Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). The provision of data by the Participants is mandatory, and accordingly the refusal to provide such data shall render participation in the Prize Draw impossible.

17. COMMUNICATION AND CONTACT

18. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

By participating in this Giveaway, each Participant voluntarily and expressly accepts, without reservation, all of the conditions set out in these Rules. Participants who do not accept the terms and conditions of the Giveaway must refrain from participating in it.

19. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND LANGUAGE

These Rules shall be governed by Spanish common law (derecho español común).

Unless otherwise provided by a mandatory provision, any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity, performance or enforcement of these Rules shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may be applicable.

If these Rules are translated into any language other than Spanish, such translations are provided for convenience only, and in the event of any discrepancy in interpretation or meaning, the Spanish version shall prevail.
